Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive communications to support strategic decision-making. Manages SharePoint sites, distribution lists, organizational data, and knowledge management resources. Supports budget administration, vendor management, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and expense reconciliation. Partners with Human Resources, Finance, Communications, Real Estate, Facilities, and other stakeholders to execute business priorities. Establishes and improves processes, tools, and operational practices that enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience. Handles highly confidential business and personnel information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years of administrative, business operations, project coordination, or executive support experience.
