KBR is seeking a Catalyst Product Manager to oversee products from development through delivery, ensuring commercial success and compliance with client agreements. This role is responsible for leading proposal development, managing project execution, and supporting clients post-startup. The position also focuses on identifying growth opportunities to expand KBR’s market share while maintaining alignment with internal procedures and client expectations. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Work closely with Catalyst PSL/Business Development teams to maximize the catalyst opportunities with new and existing clients. Responsible for the commercial aspects of all their catalyst technologies, including vendor selection, client communications, and proposal development. Under broad direction, interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates catalyst projects for new catalyst developments and ongoing projects. Maintains close relationship with catalyst manufacturers.
