Title: Chief Technical Advisor, Asset Integrity and Reliability KBR provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) division is seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) to lead and grow our global Asset Integrity and Reliability Services offering. This role is responsible for shaping, developing, and delivering high-impact technical services to KBR technology licensees and customers across both global installed base and grassroots projects. The CTA will act as a global subject matter expert, drive service innovation, and support strategic growth of the Technical Services business. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement and business acumen to deliver measurable improvements in asset performance, risk reduction, and cost optimization. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Service Line Development & Growth Support the growth strategy for Asset Management services, providing expertise in Asset Integrity, Reliability, and Maintenance. Develop differentiated service offerings that address key customer challenges and deliver measurable operational value. Partner with Technical Services leadership, Product Service Line (PSL), and Sales teams to identify, shape, and win new opportunities. Contribute to pipeline development, proposals, and strategic account planning.
