Control Systems Engineering (CSE) Lead

KBR is looking for a Control Systems Engineering (CSE) Lead who will be responsible for the technical and operation leadership of the process control system scope including DCS, telecommunications, instrumentation, and process analyzer for medium to large oil and gas, refining and petrochemical projects. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Drive projects in various stages, from development to execution, with an eye for managing cost, scope, schedule, and internal reporting requirements Use strong organizational savvy and relationship building skills to influence both internal and external resources Under broad direction, this individual has the responsibility, accountability, and authority to manage the execution of the engineering design in accordance with applicable specifications and standards to achieve project objectives Assures projects meet project objectives, including cost, schedule, and scope Ensures accurate cost budgeting, estimating, forecasting, and reporting of assigned projects Provides clear, accurate scopes of work and construction packages including documentation Analyzes and manages risks on projects Facilitates safety and constructability reviews Creates requisitions for engineered items and development of spare parts list Reports on cost (including forecasting) and schedule attainment Communicates and resolves technical and commercial issues as related to project objectives Successfully communicates with leadership, engineers, designers, document control, procuremen
