Fueling Your Passion The Drilling & Completion Fluids Central Fulfillment Leader is accountable for the global operational strategy, governance, and execution of DCF Central Fulfillment activities across Liquid Mud Plants (LMPs), Fluid Environmental Services (FES), Asset Management, Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul (AMO), and operational systems deployment. The successful candidate will serve as the partner to DCF leadership, Commercial, Technology, and Product Management teams on infrastructure and assets required to deliver flawless service to our customers. This role requires strong global leadership, operational discipline, financial acumen, and the ability to drive standardization and execution across a geographically dispersed operating footprint. The successful candidate must be capable of operating as the single point of accountability for DCF Central Fulfillment performance globally, ensuring strong governance, standardization, and execution across manufacturing, tolling, LMPs, AMO, FES, asset management, and operational systems.
