Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Drill Site Representative through 9/1/2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CST) Chevron is seeking experienced field representatives with a demonstrated ability to safely execute complex unconventional drilling operations, including horizontal wells exceeding 10,000 feet in lateral length. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and high-performance drilling operations across Chevron's U.S. unconventional business, including operations in the Permian Basin, DJ Basin, Bakken, among others. This position also provides a unique opportunity to support Chevron’s global operations, particularly in Latin America. Given the potential for engagement with operations and stakeholders in countries such as Argentina and Venezuela, Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. Chevron's U.S. unconventional portfolio encompasses some of the industry's most significant oil and gas developments, requiring operational excellence, procedural discipline, technical expertise, and strong leadership to achieve safe and efficient well delivery. The Drill Site Representative serves as Chevron's on-site leader responsible for directing daily drilling activities and ensuring compliance with all Chevron standards, procedures, and well integrity requirements. Demonstrate and reinforce Chevron's commitment to procedural discipline by ensuring all work is planned, risk-assessed, and executed in accordance with approved procedures, standards, and permits.
