This is a high-impact leadership role focused on defining strategy, setting standards, and building organizational capability. The successful candidate will own the enterprise onshore construction job family, lead a team of skilled construction professionals, influence major capital investments, and ensure safe, predictable delivery of large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects. This leader must bring deep technical, leadership, and business acumen — strong enough to grow the next generation of top experts across the onshore construction discipline — combined with the personal credibility to be a trusted voice across project teams, business units, and contractor organizations. You will operate at the center of Chevron's project execution ecosystem, working across business units and functions to deliver excellence through strong leadership, collaboration, and contractor partnerships.
