The position enables executive effectiveness by managing complex schedules, coordinating governance activities, and supporting critical meetings and deliverables. By anticipating needs and navigating competing priorities, the Executive Assistant plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution across compliance, legal, and corporate governance activities. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: · Exercising strong judgment and discretion in prioritizing requests, managing competing deadlines, and escalating issues appropriately. · Managing complex calendars and schedules, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts and preparing materials in advance of meetings. · Coordinating domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and preparation and submission of expense reports. · Scheduling and supporting Board and committee meetings by coordinating calendars, preparing agendas and materials, and tracking follow‑up actions. · Supporting key corporate events, annual meetings, and external meeting
