Title: Facilities SME Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR is seeking a highly qualified Facilities Engineer to support programs across the INDOPACOM area of responsibility. This position plays a pivotal role in sustaining mission-critical facilities and infrastructure that enable joint, combined, and partner operations throughout the Indo-Pacific theater. Job Summary The Facilities Engineer will lead facilities planning, design, remediation, implementation, and sustainment activities in geographically dispersed, multi-national environments. The role requires technical depth, operational awareness, and strong leadership to support dynamic missions, austere locations, and evolving operational requirements. This is a Remote Position Roles and Responsibilities Lead facilities planning and engineering activities for customer task orders, including site surveys and assessments. Develop engineering recommendations for facility improvement, alteration, restoration, reuse, or replacement. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and water systems. Manage remediation and facilities implementation projects through testing and Government acceptance. Lead vendor and subcontractor management across the Indo-Pacific region. Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to facilities personnel. Basic Qualifications Written as a Bullet Point List (4-6 bullets) Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. Minimum of Secret Clearance with ability to TS/SCI Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities engineering, sustainment, or infrastructure operations, overseas DoD installations, or logistics-style programs. Demonstrated expertise in facilities design, preventive maintenance, remediation, and sustainment. Proven leadership and vendor management experience.
