Field Service Mechanical Engineer - Turbomachinery SERVICE REGION Houston or other Texas locations; California; Florida; Louisiana; Alberta, Canada WORK ARRANGEMENT Field-based role at customer sites TRAVEL At least 70%, including international and offshore assignments INTERNAL TITLE Field Specialist – SVS – (ADGT, CC, HDGT, ST) Bring your mechanical field expertise to complex turbomachinery projects worldwide: At Baker Hughes, our Field Services team helps customers install, commission, maintain and optimize equipment across oilfield, power generation and industrial facilities. In this role, you will serve as the on-site technical lead for mechanical work on gas turbines, compressors and related rotating equipment. You will perform installation, commissioning, inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of rotating equipment at customer sites. Compensation: The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $ 22–$95 per hour, depending on geographic location, skills, qualifications and experience. You’ll be eligible for generous overtime pay, standby pay, and a yearly bonus based on your performance and level. Various other perks and incentives are available.
