Fuel your passion As a Field Specialist , you will act as the onsite technical expert and primary Baker Hughes focal point at customer locations. You will lead field crews, mentor less experienced FSEs, and ensure flawless execution of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. With full competence across at least two product categories, you will drive safe operations, deliver customer satisfaction, and uphold Baker Hughes’ standards of quality and performance. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for: Executing Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project‑Related Procedures (PRP) with expert proficiency Providing onsite technical direction for the operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of wellheads, X‑trees, and related equipment Leading field crews and mentoring junior FSEs to build technical capability and operational readiness Managing offshore inventory and ensuring availability of Baker Hughes equipment and tools Performing control, function testing, pressure testing, and maintenance activities in line with BH procedures Preparing and delivering work status updates, reports, and technical documentation to customers and project teams Supporting stack‑up testing, failure investigations, and NPT reviews Assisting Engineering and P
