Seek improvement of operational procedures & equipment specification. Maintain equipment as described in the maintenance system. Supervise subsea operations in line with the client program. As a Field Specialist - LWI, you will be responsible for: Establishing and leading the team to deliver Subsea Service projects to customers, both external and internal. Have knowledge in the sequence of events in the mobilization, hook up & testing of subsea project equipment associated with Tree deployment/testing, Well Interventions, Well Abandonment and Well Integrity Testing. Monitoring well control conditions & supervising subsea operations in line with the client program. Participating in seeking improvement of operational procedures & equipment specification. Running and maintaining equipment: IWOCS, coiled tubing reels, winches, power packs, HPUs and intervention packages. Assembling subsea pressure control equipment: BOP stacks and PCH. Rig up chiksan iron, choke manifolds and pumps. Participation in correct communication protocol (GM & GRID), daily operations data recording, & lessons learned recording. Complying with HSE Participation. Identifying Strengths/Weaknesses & Highlight for additional training.
