KBR is seeking a Fuel Supply Scheduler to join the Project Controls team. The Fuel Supply Scheduler is responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient movement of crude oil, NGLs, refined products, and other bulk liquid commodities across a multi-modal transportation network. This role serves as the operational link between commercial commitments and physical execution, ensuring product movements are scheduled, monitored, and completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable procedures and transportation requirements. The position requires close collaboration with operations, terminals, carriers, pipelines, and commercial stakeholders to support inventory management, supply continuity, and the resolution of day-to-day scheduling challenges. This will be a project hire with an expected duration of 12 – 18 months. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supply & Transportation Coordination Develop, execute, and maintain transportation schedules supporting crude oil, NGL, refined products, and other bulk liquid movements. Coordinate product transfers across pipelines, terminals, storage facilities, marine assets, rail networks, and truck transportation providers. Manage pipeline nomination activities, monitor scheduling cycles, and ensure submissions are completed within established timelines. Monitor transportation constraints, allocations, maintenance activities, and operating limitations that may impact product delivery commitments.
