This two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential talent into tomorrow’s finance leaders. You’ll gain hands-on experience across key finance areas—Financial Planning & Analysis, Audit, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting—while building a strong foundation for your career. Based at our global headquarters in Houston, TX, the program challenges you to be adaptable and agile as you rotate through different finance functions. Along the way, you will participate in leadership development activities and receive support if you are pursuing your CPA certification. By the end of the program, you will be prepared to step into roles such as Staff Accountant, Auditor, Tax Analyst, or Financial Analyst and make an impact from day one.
