Job Summary The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead is responsible for the successful utilization and management of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for preventive maintenance operations on a military installation. This role ensures accurate data entry, reporting, and coordination of maintenance activities, serving as the technical expert for GFEBS processes. The Coordinator Lead works closely with government representatives and contractor personnel to maintain compliance with contract requirements and optimize maintenance workflows. Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills are essential for success in this position. Roles and Responsibilities Serve as the lead coordinator for all GFEBS Plant Maintenance activities, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Manage preventive maintenance schedules, task lists, and equipment records in GFEBS. Oversee Help Desk personnel and ensure they are trained and capable of fulfilling GFEBS roles. Coordinate with government representatives (DPW GFEBS SME, PM Controller) for approval and updates to maintenance plans and records.
