Title: Indirect Procurement Manager Position Summary The Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, spend analytics, and procurement governance across a broad portfolio of indirect non-IT spend categories. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and maximize value from supplier relationships while supporting corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Assign, lead and prioritize procurement activities while providing direction, assignments, coaching, and support to procurement team members. Oversees and perform reviews and approval of a full range of team members activities. Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for indirect spend areas, including professional services, facilities, HR services, marketing, travel, and other corporate categories. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement solutions that align with operational and financial objectives. Conduct market assessments, supplier evaluations, and competitive sourcing events to identify best-value solutions. Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and supplier performance management. Analyze supplier proposals, evaluate commercial terms, and perform price and cost analyses to ensure competitive and reasonable pricing. Negotiate complex commercial agreements, statements of work, master service agreements, and other indirect procurement contracts. Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships that promote collaboration, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
