Overview: The Integration & Divestment (I&D) Operation Technology (OT) Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering end-to-end project execution for Information Technology (IT) operations technology and industrial network activities supporting integrations and divestitures. This role ensures disciplined execution of transaction milestones from due diligence through Day 1 readiness, Transition Service Agreement (TSA) execution, and post close separation or integration while managing risks, stakeholders, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams. This role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders. The lead will closely collaborate with the IT leadership (M&A) workstream leads, business units, and digital platforms to ensure a smooth and successful transition of divested entities out of the organization. The I&D OT Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination between Chevron IT and buyer/seller counterparts to ensure transaction objectives are met on time, within scope, and in alignment with enterprise standards and deal constraints. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Deliver transaction‑related OT project outcomes safely, compliantly, and on schedule Enable Day‑1 operational readiness and post‑close continuity Drive clear governance, execution discipline, and risk management across OT workstream Support a clean separation or successful integration aligned with deal intent Collaborate closely with Merger & Acquisition workstream leads & Integration Management Office leadership for each acquisition and divestiture to align with the business objectives and timelines for project led activities including business planning,
