Job Summary As a Land Negotiator Intern, you will be assigned to an asset team within the Land Organization. You will be exposed to many phases of mineral and surface land work including deal negotiation, contract drafting, due diligence, and decision support for Land and business unit management. You will be responsible for lease, contract, and ownership analysis. In addition, you will receive cross-functional training through on-the-job assignments using the technical skills you have acquired in college or through your work experiences. The work will develop you technically and professionally. You'll have a Land Negotiator mentor and a buddy to help you adjust to ConocoPhillips' corporate environment.
