IT Sourcing Manager - Software
Join our Digital Technology Sourcing Team! As a Sourcing Specialist - Software, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the development of annual and long-term sourcing strategies and pipeline plans for the software category. Achieving cost savings targets. Leading RF(x), and commercial contract negotiations with software suppliers. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including IT, legal, finance, cyber security, and others. Mitigating supplier risks through effective contracting and supplier negotiation, and management. Communicating with business leaders and stakeholders regarding project status, process compliance, business procedures, and policies. Serving as a business partner to key IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes, ensure compliance with company requirements, and track metrics (KPIs). Leading multiple sourcing projects and sourcing-related activities in a fast-paced, global environment. Understanding of global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations related to the procurement of software and associated services. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience leading technology sourcing activities for global Software (On-Prem, SaaS, Cloud). Have experience in negotiating & redlining software contracts. Have the ability to leverage internal and external data sources to create software category plans. Be a skilled negotiator who can both plan and execute sourcing strategies in support of stakeholder’s business needs. Have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
