Fuel your passion As a Lead Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement you will be the main point of contact for suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. You will work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability. You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals and results, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed. As a Lead Sourcing Specialist - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for: Managing delivery of materials for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with Company processes and procedures. Giving the visibility to Internal Customer on Supplier plan, preventing criticalities and managing priorities, to ensure the achievement of Services and Manufacturing Sales Plan and quick execution in case of Customer outages and emergencies.
