Fuel your passion We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lean Senior Specialist to join our team in the Houston Service Center. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Lean principles and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will lead the deployment of Lean methodologies across the organization and contribute to improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening overall operational performance. A strong commitment to HSE excellence and Sustainability is essential, as these pillars are integrated into all improvement activities. Working under the guidance of senior Lean professionals, this position is hands-on, highly collaborative , and requires a proactive approach to driving Lean culture and process optimization throughout the organization. As a Lean Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end analysis and redesign of operational processes, identifying waste, bottlenecks, variability drivers, and inefficiencies while developing sustainable improvement roadmaps aligned with business priorities. Driving the deployment, evolution, and standardization of Lean tools and methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and structured problem-solving techniques. Acting as a Lean subject matter expert, coaching teams on best practices and adapting Lean tools to different operational environments and maturity levels.
