Fueling Your Passion As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform advanced equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities while adhering to established procedures and safety standards. You will leverage strong analytical, communication, and mechanical skills to support equipment performance and continuous improvement in an industrial environment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Applying strong analytical skills to diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective solutions. Reading and interpreting maintenance documents, drawings, schematics, and parts lists to perform assigned work accurately. Performing advanced mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with formal procedures and work instructions. Demonstrating excellent mechanical aptitude while working with industrial equipment and tools. Communicating clearly and effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners. Collaborating within a team environment to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Documenting maintenance activities, findings, and actions using required systems and tools.
