KBR is seeking Manager, Accounting to support the company’s Technology and Americas business, a global business centered around proprietary, protected process technology we own and market that enables our clients to deliver cleaner, greener and sustainable products of the future. Our finance team is built around a strategy that prioritizes business partnership to support the company in advancing its strategic objectives. We seek to modernize and streamline our processes to deliver timely, accurate, reliable, actionable intelligence to key decision-makers. This role will report to the Director, Accounting. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintain oversight for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for multiple projects of varying complexity Maintain integrity of general ledger and all other accounting systems Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes Including accruals, revenue recognition and quarterly revenue disclosures (ASC606) Analyze and review monthly financial results Maintain accurate and timely reporting Ensure the highest levels of internal control; manages activities related to internal and external audits, including SOX compliance Be a business partner with non-accounting colleagues AR reviews, cash monitoring and forecasting, etc Project review including attending project status revi
