Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: The HR Data Scientist & Continuous Improvement Manager leads people analytics and process improvement initiatives that help HR and business leaders make better workforce decisions. This role combines advanced analytics, data science, and continuous improvement to deliver actionable insights, improve operations, and enhance the employee and leader experience. Key Responsibilities Develop scalable data products and repeatable analysis pipelines; improve data quality, governance, and documentation. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that streamline HR analytics processes, reduce cycle time and improve stakeholder experience. Create clear leader-ready narratives, dashboards, and visualizations that connect insights to business actions and outcomes. Manage intake and prioritization of ad-hoc requests and strategic projects; set timelines, allocate resources, and track delivery. Lead, coach and develop a team of data scientists Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative consulting, including delivering insights to senior leaders. 3+ years of people leadership experience
