Manufacturing Engineer – Electronics & New Product Introduction

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our electronic assembly and test operations, driving continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence across the production environment. Partner with the best The key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics may include the following as well as other items required to execute the role. Providing hands-on support to manufacturing operations, including PCBA fault finding and troubleshooting. Investigating and dispositioning non-conforming materials and products, implementing effective corrective actions. Driving initiatives to reduce product cost, improve quality, and shorten manufacturing lead times. Developing and implementing manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and test solutions for both existing products and new product introductions. Partnering with suppliers to improve quality, delivery performance, and manufacturing capability. Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including assembly instructions, test procedures, and work instructions. Applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve productivity. Using data analysis and statistical techniques to identify trends, solve problems, and improve process performance. Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support business objectives. Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will have: Have a Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related discipline) preferred.
