Manufacturing Production Planner Are you passionate about being part of a successful team? Join Our Materials & Production Planning Team! Partner with the best Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Manufacturing Production Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the flow of materials required to support the production of Wireline tools. This role ensures material availability, inventory accuracy, and timely execution of planning activities to meet customer and operational requirements while supporting cost, quality, and delivery objectives. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure production readiness, optimize inventory performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. As a Manufacturing Production Planner , you will be responsible for: Analyzing material consumption, demand forecasts, aged inventory, purchase orders, in-transit materials, safety stock levels, and other planning data to support production requirements Supporting inventory stocking strategies through analysis of demand profiles, replenishment policies, inventory targets, and supply risks Maintaining accurate material master data, routing information, and Bills of Material (BOMs) to support production and procurement activities Reviewing MRP outputs and collaborating with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules Expediting materials and production requirements to address supply shortages and meet customer and operational needs Identifying root causes of material shortages, supply delays, and inventory discrepancies while supporting corrective action plans Supporting Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and non-conformance resolution across inventory, purchase orders, work-in-process, and finished goods Partnering with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineer
