We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our mechanical assembly and test operations, driving continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence across the production environment. ​ Partner with the best The key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanical may include the following as well as other items required to execute the role.​ What You'll Be Doing Providing hands-on support to manufacturing operations, including machining, assembly, fabrication, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of mechanical products and processes. Investigating and dispositioning non-conforming materials and products, leading root cause investigations and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, increase throughput, and reduce lead times. Developing, qualifying, and optimizing manufacturing processes for both existing products and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring robust and repeatable production methods. Designing and implementing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, assembly aids, and process controls to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Collaborating with Designing Engineering teams to apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles, ensuring smooth transition of products from design into production. Partnering with suppliers to improve manufacturing capability, quality performance, and delivery reliability, supporting supplier qualification and development activities.
