Job Summary The Organization Performance & OCM Consultant is a member of the Strategy, Investment & Org Performance team within IT reporting to the Director, Organizational Performance & OCM. Your role will support enterprise transformation by enabling performance insights and driving change adoption. You will be responsible for delivering data-driven metrics, reporting, change and engagement strategies to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and performance of the IT operating model, cultivates digital fluency and aligns IT initiatives with business outcomes.
