Partner with the best In this role, you will be responsible for driving end to end product performance, reliability, and technical support excellence across the CWI product portfolio. As a Principal Engineer – Completion & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for: Defining and driving the performance engineering strategy for the CWI product line, ensuring alignment with business and customer outcomes. Leading root cause analysis efforts for critical product issues and ensure implementation of long-term corrective actions. Developing and implement scalable support models, including proactive monitoring and predictive maintenance. Ensuring that product design conforms to the requirements specifications. Providing technical escalation support for complex customer cases and high-impact incidents. Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of product performance engineers and technical specialists. Partnering with Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to drive product improvements. Utilizing advanced analytics and monitoring tools to identify performance trends and potential risks. Leading initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize operational costs.
