Process Quality Engineer

Our Quality Engineering team partners closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Fueling Your Passion As a Process Quality Engineer , you will have ownership of quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing processes. You will ensure product and process conformance, support cross‑functional collaboration, and lead quality improvements within assigned manufacturing areas. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: Owning Quality Assurance and Quality Control for products, services, and manufacturing processes. Ensuring manufacturing conformance , including incoming goods control, in‑process inspections, product inspections, and witness points. Exchanging quality data and insights with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams. Supporting and monitoring simple manufacturing processes in accordance with detailed guidelines and procedures. Leading a small manufacturing unit , including oversight of quality performance and a budget exceeding $1.5K . Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, efficiency, and compliance. To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience . Possess strong problem‑solving and analytical skills . Demonstrate strong oral and written communication abilities. Show effective interpersonal and leadership skills . Be capable
