Partner with the best As a Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for: Leading an engineering team in Wellbore Construction with responsibilities for new product development Being responsible for performance management and career development of employees Fostering collaborative relationships and open communication with stakeholders (Engineering Team, Peers, Product Line Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales) to achieve successful product development and commercial launch Measuring and analyzing engineering performance to drive continuous improvement Developing and evaluating project development plans for a variety of projects and activities to be carried out by the group. Assesses the feasibility of proposals and resource allocation requirements.
