Job Summary The Program Manager will lead the transformation of the citizen development program into an enterprise AI enablement capability for our global organization, enabling business-led innovation by empowering citizen developers and scaling AI tools and solutions across the enterprise. In doing so, this role will drive cross-functional collaboration across Digital Technology, HR L&D, Business Units, functions, and external partners to deliver structured, business-aligned solutions, while leading AI community engagement and organizational enablement efforts.
