Partner with the best As a Project Manager for Power Systems / IPG business you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex power generation projects, including mobile and modular power plants, gas turbine installations, cogeneration facilities, and distributed power solutions. You will lead projects from contract award through customer acceptance, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Project Leadership : Driving end-to-end execution of power generation projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with contract requirements, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations. Team Coordination : Leading cross-functional and cross-country teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, finance, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability; Risk & Compliance : Identifying, assessing, and mitigating execution, commercial, technical, and supply chain risks while driving opportunities to improve project profitability and customer value. Customer Interface : Serving as the primary customer focal point throughout project execution, establishing strong relationships and ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
