This high-visibility role partners with Finance and cross-functional leaders to frame ambiguous business challenges, synthesize financial and operational data, develop executive-ready insights, and drive aligned action across complex stakeholder groups. The role combines finance transformation, GBS performance, and internal consulting, and is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a background in finance, consulting, strategy, transformation, or business operations who wants to influence senior decision-making and help shape how Chevron delivers scalable, efficient, and insight-driven services. The Senior Analyst, Finance GBS Strategy & Performance will serve as a strategic thought partner and internal consultant to Finance GBS and broader GBS leadership. The role will support high-impact initiatives that improve performance, strengthen end-to-end processes, enhance decision-making, and advance transformation across Finance GBS and cross-functional GBS organizations. This individual will work with leaders and stakeholders across Finance, Global Process Owners, Finance Technology, HR, Supply Chain, IT, Downstream, and other enterprise organizations to identify opportunities, evaluate options, align stakeholders, and move initiatives from insight to execution.
