Job Summary The Senior Corporate Counsel will serve as a strategic legal advisor and business partner, providing practical counsel on corporate, financing, treasury, commercial, governance, and strategic matters. This role is intended for a seasoned corporate law generalist with experience supporting complex transactions and advising senior business leaders across functions. The successful candidate will bring significant corporate and financing transaction experience, with preferred experience in areas such as credit support, real estate and facilities, subsidiary governance, restructurings, strategic investments, corporate aviation, and various community investment initiatives.
