You will lead the design and development of advanced safety valve technologies and play a key role throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and field support. As a Lead Design Engineer , in this role, you will be: Leading engineering projects by: Managing engineering programs within defined budgets, schedules, and technical requirements Breaking down complex initiatives into actionable milestones Preparing engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation Delivering design review presentations and supporting stage‑gate approvals Driving product design & development by: Developing 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings Applying FEA principles including geometry simplification Designing cost‑effective solutions in collaboration with supply chain and testing teams Ensuring adherence to engineering processes and maintaining project documentation Collaborating across functions by: Working with engineering, testing, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and performance Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients Su
