KBR is seeking a dynamic Senior Investor Relations / Financial Planning & Analysis (IR / FP&A) Analyst to join our IR & FP&A team in Houston, TX . Reporting to the Vice President of IR & FP&A , this individual will support both external investor engagement and internal financial planning activities. The role will help execute KBR’s IR strategy, prepare investor-facing materials, support quarterly earnings and disclosure processes, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for senior leadership. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who can connect financial performance, business drivers, and market messaging in a clear and thoughtful way. This position follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, board materials, financial updates, and other executive communications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company messaging. Assist in planning and executing earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, investor meetings, and other engagement activities with the investment community. Monitor and analyze market trends, peer company performance, analyst research, shareholder activity, and investor sentiment to help inform IR strategy and senior leadership discussions.
