Partner with the best The Senior Project Installation Manager for Turbomachinery Equipment and will oversee the installation, commissioning, and warranty phases of turbomachinery equipment at customer sites across North America. This role requires an understanding of turbomachinery systems, concepts and interfaces, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers. A key focus of the role will be on driving quality, ensuring safety, promoting customer satisfaction and overall profitability of assigned project in addition to the following: Plan, coordinate, and execute the installation, commissioning, start-up and warranty management of turbomachinery equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Cultivate and drive a culture of execution, continuous improvement and innovation. Manage project financial performances, including planning and reporting of assigned projects in terms of costs, revenues, contribution margins and cash collections. Indirectly lead and mentor a team of installation technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement . Provide technical input during the installation process, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure successful project delivery.
