Services Specialist - Service Delivery Coordinator

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Protecting the health and safety of all personnel and the environment by ensuring all activities align with Baker Hughes non ‑ negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars. Ensuring assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized, validating scope, deliverables, and commercial terms before job execution. Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC, ensuring seamless execution across organizational boundaries. Scheduling and dispatching resources in line with job requirements, ensuring readiness, availability, and compliance with BH standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for the client throughout job preparation, execution, and close ‑ out, managing the relationship to ensure business success. Being fully familiar with the client’s Management of Change (MOC) and escalation processes, ensuring proper procedures are followed when risks arise (e.g., client requests outside product specifications or BH SOPs). Escalating issues promptly that may impact service delivery, safety, quality, or customer satisfaction. Ensuring invoices align with contract/quote, eliminating revenue leakage and supporting timely cash collection. Driving flawless execution, ensuring all job deliverables meet customer expectations and contractual requirements.
