Partner with the best As a Software Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the execution of Baker Hughes Cordant™ Software projects across the Cordant™ Asset Health, Cordant™ Asset Strategy, and Cordant™ Process Optimization portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate project scope with key stakeholders, define project milestones, and drive execution excellence through effective planning, resource coordination, and customer engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, meeting contractual commitments, financial objectives, and customer expectations. As a Software Project Management Advisor , you will be responsible for: Coordinating project scope, planning milestones, and driving execution efficiency through effective project planning and resource management Developing execution strategies and roadmaps, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation plans Engaging with customers and stakeholders to align project scope, priorities, and delivery plans with contractual requirements Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication throughout project execution Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery outcomes Owning project financials, including revenue recognition, invoicing, change orders, and budget management Monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost elements are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle Tracking project progress against milestones, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions when required Providing regular project status updates and reporting to customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with project
