Fuel your passion The Sourcing Logistics Specialist is responsible for developing and executing end‑to‑end logistics sourcing strategies that ensure on‑time delivery, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage logistics sourcing activities, drive supplier performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function. As a Sourcing Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for: Developing and leading end‑to‑end logistics solutions to achieve on‑time pickup and delivery of goods while meeting budget and operational plan requirements. Leading RFQs/RFPs, negotiating contracts, rates, and Master Service Agreements with logistics providers. Managing scope of work and relationships for ocean freight forwarders and other logistics service providers. Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers for logistics services including transportation, warehousing, and freight forwarding. Building and maintaining strong relationships with logistics providers while monitoring supplier performance through key KPIs such as cost, on‑time delivery, and service quality.
