Partner with the best The Sourcing Specialist – Buying/Procurement supports strategic and operational sourcing activities for LT16 turbine technology projects. This role plays a key part in driving supplier identification, qualification, and contracting strategies to ensure cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Global Procurement teams to enable successful project execution while supporting localization and supplier development initiatives. As a Sourcing Specialist – Buying/Procurement , you will be responsible for: Executing sourcing strategies for LT16 turbine components, modules, and related services aligned with project timelines and cost targets Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers based on technical capability, quality, and delivery performance Leading RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial outcomes Collaborating with Engineering and Project teams to ensure supplier alignment with technical specifications and requirements Supporting localization and supplier development initiatives, particularly in key growth regions Driving contract development and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Monitoring supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, cost) and implementing corrective actions Managing sourcing-related risks, including supply disruptions and capacity challenges Maintaining accurate sourcing data in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and supporting reporting and analytics needs Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sourcing processes and cycle times Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a relate
