Job Description Partner with the best The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex PRIMERA and Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) projects from order entry through customer delivery. This role serves as the primary point of integration between customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and service delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements. The position provides project leadership across multiple product lines and manufacturing locations, driving alignment, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle. As a , you will be responsible for: Responsibilities Lead project execution, planning, scheduling, and delivery activities for strategic customer projects. Serve as the primary customer-facing execution lead, providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service Delivery. Oversee project documentation, customer deliverables, databooks, inspection plans, and quality requirements. Manage engineering change activities, configuration management, part number releases, and product readiness. Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks related to schedule, quality, technical execution, and supply chain performance. Coordinate supplier and vendor activities impacting project execution. Authorities Prioritize project execution activities to meet customer commitments. Escalate business, technical, quality, and schedule risks to leadership. Represent the project team in customer-facing discussions and execution reviews.
