Job Summary KBR is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Subcontracts Administrator to oversee and perform a full range of subcontract administration activities associated with subcontracting work. This includes qualifying suppliers, issuing requests for proposals, evaluating proposals, and maintaining subcontract files in accordance with established procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontracting work as assigned on multiple projects and ensuring the seamless integration of subcontract work within the broader program including cost, schedule, technical, and quality management. Under broad direction, the Sr. Subcontracts Administrator will be accountable for managing the delivery of Subcontracts objectives of the assigned Projects/Programs. Roles and Responsibilities Drive all aspects of major subcontract execution including cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance, ensuring full integration of subcontract work within the program (e.g., proposals, negotiations, contract execution).
