As an SSA Cordant Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence through the successful execution of long-term subscription-based service agreements. You will oversee contract performance, manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure financial commitments are achieved while delivering exceptional service. As an SSA Cordant Contracts Manager , you will be responsible for: Serving as the primary owner of customer subscription service agreements, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of contractual and financial commitments Acting as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract delivery and issue resolution Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), operational requirements, performance metrics, and financial targets Partnering with regional Sales and Service teams to identify growth opportunities, expand existing contracts, and develop value-added service solutions Leading contract governance activities, including business reviews, performance assessments, risk management, and customer engagement initiatives Coordinating safety programs, quarterly site reviews, and team training activities to ensure compliance with Baker Hughes and Bently Nevada Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards Managing a portfolio of subscription-based service agreements a
