Job Summary The Technical Specialist supports the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise physical security technology systems. This role provides day-to-day technical and operational support for access control, video management, identity management, badging, and related security platforms across multiple company locations. The successful candidate will work closely with Security, IT, Facilities, vendors, contractors, and site stakeholders to support system operations, resolve issues, maintain accurate security data, assist with project execution, and promote compliance with company security standards and processes.
