Job Summary The Transformation & Operational Risk Expert is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and improving operational risk across the commercial trade lifecycle. The role partners with front office, middle office, operations, technology, and risk teams to strengthen operational resilience, improve process efficiency, and support the evolution of ConocoPhillips’ commercial operating model. This position combines operational risk management, business process transformation, data governance, and continuous improvement to help create a scalable and high-performing commercial organization.
