Fuel your passion As a Welder, you will perform cladding and weld repair activities on machined components to the highest quality standards while supporting the production schedule of the facility. You will work on a variety of gas turbine and steam turbine components, applying specialized welding techniques and procedures to ensure reliable and compliant repairs. This role requires the ability to work independently, maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality, and support production requirements across multiple shifts as needed. As a Welder, you will be responsible for: Performing visual and in-process inspections in accordance with API and ISO quality requirements. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions. Applying weld overlays to components using TIG and MIG welding processes in accordance with approved welding procedures. Setting up and welding components within specified welding parameters and quality requirements. Performing detailed grinding and finishing operations following weld repairs. Supporting repair activities on a variety of gas turbine and steam turbine components. Adhering to company Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with applicable manufacturing standards and customer requirements. Supporting production schedules
